With a background in banking Lisa completed her Bachelor of
Business Studies through Massey University in 1993 before joining
the firm in 1997, becoming a director in 2007 and Audit Partner in
January 2008.
She heads the Audit team for the practice and with her strong
accounting background provides a contemporary practical approach in
preference to using outdated theoretical methods. Lisa has
experience in managing financial statement audits for clients in a
wide range of industries, as well as carrying out other
investigations such as internal control reviews and investigations
of theft.
Lisa also provides accounting and taxation services to a wide range
of clients, and enjoys working closely with them towards a clearer
understanding of their business.
- Overseeing audit assignments for a wide range of entities and
industries, including not for profits, manufacturers, retirement
villages, property syndicates, contractors, real estate trust
accounts, Charitable Trusts, Maori Authorities etc
- Providing ongoing accounting and taxation services to a wide
range of clients
- Assistance with new business start up including budgeting and
cashflow forecasts
Lisa Stirling is a licensed auditor under the Auditor Regulation
Act 2011 and is consequently licensed to audit issuers.
Lisa has two sons and in her spare time enjoys spending time
outdoors with them, she also enjoys travelling and reading.
