Obtaining non institutional (Non bank) funds. How to prepare an
Information Memorandum, introduction to the Securities act,
Government funding agencies. Identifying sources of private
investment and different funding vehicles, benefits and
disadvantages of using brokers.

Public course - $225 per person (10-15 people)
Private course (1 firm only) - $1200.00 (maximum 5 people)
Follow-up activity will be provided at:
1. $225 per hour for participants in a private course, workshop or
one-to-one delivery, or;
2. $75 per hour per person attending based on a minimum attendance
of 10 persons per session.
