in 2008 following six years of 'big 4' experience and four years
overseas in the world's largest retail and investment banks.
A chartered accountant, Mark has significant experience in
financial and management accounting, tax structuring and business
merger and acquisition services. Mark chairs the Staples
Rodway National Property & Construction Industry Group and is a
published author in various magazines on governance, internal
control and management.
Mark works closely with middle market clients helping them to
devise the best strategy for optimum growth underpinned by robust
management accounts.
