When offering roles to graduates we ensure your early years with us are challenging, with a diverse range of work.  You will also get the individual support and mentoring that you need from directors and managers.

All our people are supported by mentoring at all levels within the firm.

National Induction

When you join Staples Rodway as a graduate, you will take part in a national induction programme with all graduates from all our firms.  This is held in Auckland.  We give you training on the necessary technical skills you need and you get to take part in a variety of other training - such as communication, time management and professional image.
